Chill Out Lounge is committed to respecting your privacy and has established these guidelines (hereinafter referred to as “Policy”) to protect your privacy and for data protection purposes in order to inform you how our website works and how personal information is used.

We do not collect personal information unless such information is provided voluntarily. We define personal information as information that can be used to clearly identify a particular person. Personal information is collected if provided by you as part of an inquiry or table reservation via our online contact form. In this case the information you voluntarily provide is stored for the purpose of processing your reservation / inquiry and for possible follow-up questions. After completing inquiry / the reservation all personal data will automatically deleted unless specified legal storage obligations apply. (for further details please scroll down to “deletion of the data”)

Should you provide us with any personal information, we will never sell, rent (or similar) to third parties.

 You may execute the following rights by contacting us anytime:

  • Information about your stored data and its processing,
  • Correction of incorrect personal data,
  • Deletion of your stored data,
  • Restriction of data processing, if we are not yet allowed to delete your data due to legal obligations,

  • Data portability, if you have consented to the data processing or have concluded a contract with us.

If you have given us your consent to process you data, you can withdraw your consent at any time.

It is possible to lodge a complaint with your regulatory authority. Your competent supervisory authority is u. U. according to the state of your domicile, your work or the alleged infringement. Purposes of data processing

We process your personal data only for the purposes stated in this privacy policy. A transfer of your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those mentioned does not take place. We only share your personal information with third parties if:

  • you have given your express consent
  • processing is required to complete a contract with you,
  • the processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation,
  • and processing is necessary to safeguard legitimate interests

Invitations / Newsletter

If you have given us your explicit consent, we gladly invite you to our events and vernissages. To sign up effectively, we need your valid email address, which is used exclusively for the purpose of inviting you to our events and vernissages, and to notify you, if necessary, of any circumstances relevant to your registration. Of course, your e-mail address will never be sold to third parties, or rented or similar.

The consent to the storage of your e-mail address and personal data (in case you have chosen to forward additional data), and their use for the dispatch of the event invitations (newsletter) can be revoked at any time. Simply send us an e-mail with the subject “Unsubscribe me from events” and your e-mail address and data (if given) will be deleted / destroyed immediately after receiving your e-mail.

Contact via contact form or e-mail

If you contact us regarding a table reservation or any queries by e-mail or by our contact form, you are giving your voluntary consent to contact us. This requires a valid e-mail address. This serves for the assignment of the request and the subsequent answering of the same. The specification of additional data is optional. The information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your request and for possible follow-up questions.

Deletion of the data

We adhere to the principles of data avoidance. Accordingly, we only store your personal data for as long as we require it for the purposes mentioned herein. After omission of the respective purpose, the corresponding data will be deleted either immediately or latest after 6 months (depending on the scope of the reservation / request). Exception: If, due to law, a longer storage period should apply, the deletion / destruction of this data takes place immediately at the end of the legal storage period.

Social plugins

We offer you the possibility of using so-called “social media buttons” on our website. These buttons are only included on the website as a graphic, which contains a link to the corresponding website of the button provider. By clicking on the graphic you will be redirected to the services of the respective provider. Only then will your data be sent to the respective provider. Unless you click on the graphic, there will be no exchange between you and the providers of the social media buttons. Google Webfonts

To make content appear correctly and graphically appealing across browsers, we use Google Web fonts (Google Webfonts) font libraries / script libraries on this site. Google web fonts are transferred to the cache of your browser to prevent multiple loading. If your browser does not support Google Web fonts or prevents access, content will be displayed in a standard font. 

The call of script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the operator of the library. It is theoretically possible, but currently still unclear whether and for what purposes that operators of such libraries collect data.

We reserve the right to use Google Conversion Tracking on our website in the future. If you’ve reached our website through an ad served by Google, Google AdWords will set a cookie on your machine.
